RATES

Any other discounts or promotional deals cannot be applied on SpecialRates. Internet Rates are non commissionable.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Extended check-out until 6.00pm will be charged at 50% of the applied room rate, and the full rate will apply if checking out after 6.00pm. Check-in time is 1.00pm.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit will be applied on Arrival.

A deposit of total number of nights stay is required and upon check-out the remaining funds will be re-fund.

CANCELLATIONS and NO SHOWS

Please do inform cancellation 3 days prior arrival.

PAYMENTS

The hotel only accepts payment in cash or by major credit cards such as Visa and Master. Personal cheques are not accepted. 

Upon Check-In, a copy of credit card and passport with photo are required for administration and identification purpose.

Differences in statement balances may occur due to fluctuations of the Indonesian Rupiah or bank processing time. The Royal Mamberamo can not hold the responsible for these differences. The Deposit/Hotel charges charged to your credit card will show on your statement as "Royal Mamberamo".

MAXIMUM PERSONS IN ROOM

A maximum of 2 children under 12 of age are allowed in same room with parents (no rollaway bed is included). Breakfast for children sharing room with parents is not included in room rate. Rollaway Beds are not applicable when occupying a Standard Room. A maximum of 1 rollaway bed is allowed per room.

All rate will apply if checking out after 6.00pm. Check-in time is 1.00pm.

BREAKFAST

Each room is entitle to 2 Breakfast Voucher. Please display voucher at Metamani Restaurant for the Buffet. Absence of voucher will not be entitled to Complementary Breakfast
